Say the findings. Sign the report.

Susurrus drafts the report from what you dictate, in your template and your words. It compares with the prior and suggests the follow-up the guideline calls for.

See it work

  1. Press Record and say what you see, the way you already do.
  2. No template to navigate. Pick the exam, and your template is the report, your normals already in it.
  3. No spoken normals. A section you don’t mention keeps your own wording. Nothing to click, nothing to say.
  4. Want it said a certain way? Start with “Whisper.” It becomes a note to the writer, never a line in the report.
  5. Press Synthesize. One press writes the Findings and the Impression into your template, in your wording.
  6. Read it, fix anything by hand or by voice, then say “command, next case.” A fresh case is waiting.

Less in your head

  • The clicking, the hunting, the retyping, the interval you had to look up: gone.
  • What’s left is reading and deciding, with help where it counts.
  • Nothing on screen moves while you dictate, so your eyes stay on the images.

More reads in the same day

  • Say only the findings, and never leave the report to look something up.
  • Less in between each study, so the day holds more of them.
  • Your own templates and phrases from the first case. Today’s work RVUs count up on screen.

Nothing to look up.

The time that went into searching websites and articles is time Susurrus gives back. The prior, the guideline and your own phrases are waiting before you know you need them.

  • The prior, beside the draft.

Prior findings are read for you and set out as bullet points, in the same standard form every time.

  • The guideline, at hand.

After Synthesize, the follow-up a guideline calls for waits under the Impression as a suggestion, or is written straight in, as you prefer. Add it, adjust it or dismiss it, or ask for one on any Impression point.

  • Your phrases, where you need them.

Saved phrases wait under each section of your template, and anywhere else you need them. Say “hashtag” and the name, or click.

Think it through without leaving the report.

After each draft, a quiet note can list up to three things a subspecialist would look for in the finding you dictated.

Need a second opinion? Hold Consult and think out loud beside the draft. Work through the differential, then add it to the Findings or the Impression in one click.

Not happy with the Impression? Think harder hands it to the strongest writer, thinking longer.

The smartest thing on your desk, after you.

Your words, quoted.

  • Bring your templates. We’ll convert them, or make new ones in Susurrus.
  • Your pick-lists become phrases.
  • Every draft is built on your own normals and your own phrasing, not a house style.
  • It learns your phrasing. Over time, Susurrus notices how you say things and suggests it.

Susurrus doesn’t write like Susurrus. It quotes you.
